To exercise any of these rights, email support@aphexar.com. We will respond within 30 days. No fee is charged.

The Aphexar beta page does not use cookies. No cookie consent banner is shown because no cookies are set.
If you navigate to this page via a link that contains UTM parameters (e.g. from an email or social post), those parameters may appear in your browser's address bar but are not stored by us.
By registering for beta access, you consent to receive emails about Aphexar — including beta access confirmation, product updates, bug fix notes, and the v1.0 launch invitation.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe at any time by emailing support@aphexar.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.
We do not send promotional emails for third-party products or services. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address.
The Aphexar After Effects extension runs entirely locally. It does not connect to the internet, does not phone home, does not collect usage data, and does not transmit any information about you or your projects to any server.
The panel stores user presets (effect stacks, saved settings) locally in your After Effects application support folder. This data never leaves your machine.
We may update this policy as the product develops. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version. For material changes, we will notify beta registrants by email before the changes take effect.
